We are the data controller for all personal data processed via the Site. For legal or privacy questions, contact us at support@fronts.co.

• Account & subscription data. Name, email, billing address, subscription status/history.
• Merchandise order data. When you place an order in the Fronts store, Fourthwall, Inc., the seller and Merchant of Record, collects your shipping address, phone number (for delivery), and order details under its own privacy policy. We may receive limited order information for support and coordination.
• Subscription payment data. Handled by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). We do not store full credit card data.
• Merchandise payment data. Handled by Fourthwall, Inc., the seller and Merchant of Record for merchandise. Card details are processed by Fourthwall's payment processors and are not collected or stored by us.
• Technical / usage data. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referrer URLs.
• Cookies. Essential cookies for site operation; optional analytics cookies (if consented).
• Communications & support. Messages, emails, support tickets you send us.

We process your data because:

• Contractual necessity. To provide, maintain, and manage your subscription and access.
• Legitimate interests. To secure the Site, analyze usage, detect abuse/fraud, and improve service.
• Legal obligations. For accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Consent. For optional marketing communications or analytics beyond essential service functions.

• Delivering, managing, and supporting your subscription and access to premium content.
• Processing subscription payments via Lemon Squeezy and helping coordinate merchandise support for orders processed directly by Fourthwall.
• Monitoring and optimizing performance, security, and user experience.
• Sending transactional / account-related emails (invoices, renewal notices, order confirmations, shipping updates).
• Sending marketing or promotional messages if you consent. You may opt out at any time.

• Lemon Squeezy. For subscription billing, payments, tax, and compliance.
• Fourthwall, Inc. Acts as the seller and Merchant of Record for Fronts merchandise. Fourthwall processes payment and applicable sales tax, fulfills and ships orders, and handles merchandise customer support directly under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Third-party service providers. Hosting, analytics, email delivery, caching, support tools — all under data processing agreements.
• Legal / regulatory authorities. If required by law or to enforce rights.

Some providers operate outside the EEA. In such cases, we rely on EU Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to protect your personal data.

• Account & billing data. Retained while your subscription is active, and for up to 10 years afterward, in line with Czech tax law.
• Technical logs & analytics. Retained for up to 12 months, then anonymized if possible.
• Communications & support records. Kept as long as necessary to resolve issues or legal claims.

You can:

• Access your personal data.
• Request correction of inaccuracies.
• Ask for erasure (delete) of your data, subject to legal constraints.
• Request restriction or object to processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing done before withdrawal).
• Lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you rights with respect to the personal information we collect about you. These rights overlap substantially with the GDPR-style rights listed above, and include the right to know, the right to access and portability, the right to correct, and the right to delete your personal information.

In addition, the CCPA gives you the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent any of our advertising or analytics integrations are considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA, you can opt out by emailing support@fronts.co or by enabling the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser (see below).

California's “Shine the Light” law: we do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

To submit a CCPA request or ask a question about your California privacy rights, email support@fronts.co. We may ask for information to verify your identity before responding.

The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 (the threshold under the GDPR) or under 13 (the threshold under the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@fronts.co and we will delete it.

We employ:

• Necessary cookies. Strictly required for site functionality.
• Analytics cookies. For aggregated usage and performance metrics (where you have given consent).

You may disable or manage cookies via your browser settings. Be aware disabling essential cookies may limit Site functionality.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request for any processing that would otherwise be treated as “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA. We do not currently respond to legacy Do Not Track (DNT) browser headers because no consensus standard for DNT exists; please use GPC instead.

We may update this policy periodically. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may notify users by email.
