Terms of Service

By accessing or using Fronts.co, operated by Fulcrum Enterprises s.r.o. (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

Fronts.co provides online articles, videos, audio briefings, and related digital content, together with a merchandise store offering physical and digital goods.

Some materials are available free of charge; premium content requires a paid subscription tied to an active account. Merchandise is sold separately and does not require a subscription.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Sharing or reselling account access is prohibited.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled.
• Lemon Squeezy acts as our Merchant of Record, processing payments, handling taxes, and issuing invoices on our behalf.
• If payment fails or is reversed, premium access may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
• You may cancel at any time through your customer portal or by contacting support; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

• The Fronts store is powered by Fourthwall, Inc., which is the seller and Merchant of Record for merchandise purchases and handles payment, applicable sales tax, fulfillment, shipping, and merchandise support.
• Your purchase contract for merchandise is with Fourthwall, Inc., not with Fulcrum Enterprises s.r.o. Fourthwall's terms govern the merchandise transaction.
• Merchandise prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes vary by product, package, and destination; the binding amount is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Delivery timelines depend on product, fulfillment partner, and destination.

Refund eligibility follows our Refund Policy, available on the Site. Subscription refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and merchandise refunds by Fourthwall, in each case to the original payment method. Made-to-order merchandise does not carry a blanket general or sizing-return right unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise; defective or misprinted items remain eligible for Fourthwall's remedy process.

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or publicly display premium content without prior written consent.
• Attempt to bypass access controls or share premium materials externally.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All materials on Fronts.co—including text, graphics, videos, and trademarks—are the property of Fulcrum Enterprises s.r.o. or its licensors.

No content may be copied, modified, sold, or reused without express written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, your right to access premium content ends immediately.

The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague.
